To place an order please call 757-566-8805. If you want to order by email
please contact us by phone with your payment information. Security of
your personal information is very important to us.
Availability
All back and side sets pictured on our website are subject to
availability. When sets are sold we do our very best to update our
website immediately. In the event that the set you is sold, we will happily email you photos of similar sets.
We have a
extensive inventory and will be adding new sets weekly, so bookmark
this site and check back often. You may check availability of any set
by calling 757/566-8805 or by EMAIL.
Terms
Payment may be made via Visa/Mastercard, Discover, money order, PayPal,
Personal Check (allow 10 business days to clear), or Cashier's Check.
There is a $50.00 minimum purchase.
Shipping
We pride ourselves in shipping your products in a timely manner. If
you receive your materials and they do not meet your expectations, we
want to know. We will make your purchase right or refund your money
with no questions asked.
We take great care in the packaging of your purchase. Once you receive
your shipment please inspect each piece individually. If any items are
damaged please call us immediately. If all original packing and
contents are not retained by buyer, then buyer assumes all liability
for damaged goods. These are the rules that Fed Ex applies to us.
All materials shipped via Fed Ex Ground.

All international orders are shipped via USPS Global Express.
Purchaser pays exact shipping cost plus $7 to cover the cost of
shipping materials. The charges for your country’s taxes or import
duties are not included in your payment for your purchase or shipping.
These costs, if any, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you would like a shipping quote prior to ordering, please
email us and we will forward shipping rates.
Returns
You have 10 business days to decide whether or not you are satisfied
with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase we will gladly issue a refund, less shipping and handling, or
offer an exchange. If an item is exchanged, please note that shipping
charges are additional.
Damaged Goods
We take great care in the packaging of your purchase. When you receive
your shipment, please inspect each piece individually. If any items
were damaged during shipping please call immediately. Please keep the
damaged item in the original box with all packing material. If this is
not kept for carrier inspection, Colonial Tonewoods is relieved from
all responsibility for any damage.
Returns
When you receive your order from
Colonial Tonewoods you have 14 business days to decide whether or not
you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a refund of your
purchase price, minus shipping charges in the same manner as your
purchase was paid for, ie; Credit Card, Check, Paypal, etc.
Please return your purchase in its original packaging, unaltered or
worked, and insure it for its purchase price.
