All back and side sets pictured on our website are subject to availability. When sets are sold we do our very best to update our website immediately. We have an extensive inventory and will be adding new sets regularly, so bookmark our site and check back often.
Payment may be made via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or PayPal.
We pride ourselves in shipping your products in a timely manner. If you receive your materials and they do not meet your expectations, we want to know. We will make your purchase right or refund your money with no questions asked. All orders are shipped via Fed Ex.
We take great care in the packaging of your purchase. When you receive your shipment, please inspect each piece individually. If any items were damaged during shipping please call immediately. Please keep the damaged item in the original box with all packing material. If this is not kept for carrier inspection, Colonial Tonewoods is relieved from all responsibility for any damage.
If all original packing and contents are not retained by buyer, then buyer assumes all liability for damaged goods. These are the rules that FedEx applies to us.
Colonial Tonewoods, Inc. is proud of its reputation as a quality dealer in exotic, air dried tonewoods. Our Product Warranty Policy is very simple, we are not satisfied, until our customers are satisfied. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will work to make that happen.
When you receive your order from Colonial Tonewoods you have 14 business days to decide whether or not you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a refund of your purchase price, minus shipping charges in the same manner as your purchase was paid for, ie; Credit Card, Paypal, etc.
Please return your purchase in its original packaging, unaltered or worked, and insured for its purchase price.
